社畜は思考停止した人のこと
社畜とは一言で表すと、
「思考停止」している人のことです。
自分で考えて行動することが出来なくなる、
病気の様な状態です。
この病気は治すことができます。
その為には、まず今の自分の状態を自覚することから始める必要があります。
ちなみに僕は約10年間、社畜でした。
毎日の残業と休み無しの生活の中で、
疲れ果て、考える暇もなく、自分の人生を見失っていましたが、
これから説明する過程を理解し、
改善することで、長い間辛かった状態から抜け出し、自分の人生を生きている実感を持つことができました。

３．自信の喪失
・ため息や愚痴が増える。
・決断できなくなる。
・失敗を極度に恐れる。
・落ち込むことが増える。
４．思考停止
・受け身になる。
・否定、言い訳が増える。
・諦め癖がつく。
・違和感に気付けなくなる。
おそらくこのような状態に陥ってる方が多いのではないかと思っています。
社畜とは思考停止している人のことです。
思考停止こそが人生を見失う原因となります。
思考停止の状態から抜け出すことは容易ではありません。
なぜなら、自分のことを理解できなくなっているからです。
そして、自分の現状を自覚できません。
自覚していないことを改善することは不可能です。
逆に、原因がありそれを自覚していれば改善することができます。
